From concept to completion, this Custom Printed Glass Shield project brought together design, production, and installation just in time for one of the world’s biggest sporting events.
Located at Hines in Century City, this project began with a vision: create a custom graphic celebrating the nations represented on soccer’s biggest stage. Inspired by the iconic hexagonal pattern of a soccer ball, the design features dozens of national flags arranged across a custom installation that transforms the property’s central reception area.
The process started in Adobe Illustrator, where our design team carefully developed the artwork and engineered the layout to ensure proper alignment across multiple surfaces. Once finalized, the graphics moved into production where they were printed onto our 4 Mil Glass Shield – Custom Print film.
From there, our installation team loaded up and headed to Los Angeles. After arriving at 10100 Santa Monica Blvd., the team carefully installed the graphics, bringing the concept to life in the heart of Century City.
With Los Angeles preparing to welcome visitors from around the globe, the timing of this installation couldn’t have been better. Designed, printed, and installed just days before international soccer takes center stage in Southern California, the project celebrates the global spirit of competition through a striking display of national flags arranged in a soccer-inspired hexagonal pattern.
The finished installation creates a vibrant focal point within the building while demonstrating the versatility of custom printed Glass Shield. From design and printing to final installation, Graffiti Shield delivers complete custom graphic solutions for commercial environments.
