Graffiti Shield is on site at the Edmund D. Edelman Children’s Court in Los Angeles, restoring the bus stop shelter at this Superior Court of California location. The shelter had been heavily tagged, and the original protective film had deteriorated from sun damage, making it nearly impossible to see through. In fact, graffiti had penetrated the old film and etched into the glass itself, requiring careful sanding to prep the surface.
Our field service technicians, Claudia and Elliot, made the installation look effortless. After preparing the glass, they applied Graffiti Shield’s Glass Shield, a clear, undetectable sacrificial coating designed to protect glass and other smooth surfaces. Available in 4 or 6 mil thickness, this film resists graffiti, scratching, and even acid damage. If vandalized, it can be removed and replaced in moments, restoring the glass to a “like-new” appearance.
