We’re proud to share the completion of our Glass Shield installation at the Downtown Los Angeles apartment storefront. On Day 2, our field technician Patrick returned solo to finish the job—and the results are outstanding.
While most of the heavy lifting was completed on Day 1, Day 2 still required additional sanding to prep the remaining panels. Acid etching had deeply scarred the glass, and our process called for carefully smoothing those surfaces to ensure a flawless finish.
Once prepped, Patrick applied the final layers of Glass Shield, a clear sacrificial film that restores the appearance of glass and protects against graffiti, scratches, and acid damage.
The transformation is now complete. What began as a vandalized, worn-down storefront is now a clean, protected entrance that enhances the property’s curb appeal and deters future tagging.
