Germany’s national railway operator, Deutche Bahn, has reached an agreement to deploy surveillance drones in order to combat graffiti. With graffiti and vandalism costing around $10 million annually they are ready to do whatever it takes to stop it in it’s tracks. Stealthy unmanned aerial vehicles started deploying this past summer in order to watch over stations and to hopefully catch the vandals. It’s unfortunate that Germany has to resort to that, but it does have potential. Pairing this with anti graffiti products could really set an example to the industry.
